sold, transferred, hyper-linked or modified without the express written
permission of RSJ Computing. In addition, the trademarks, logos and service
marks displayed on the Site (collectively "the Trade Marks")

resources or advertisements ("External Sites") that are
provided as a convenience to you and neither as an endorsement nor
recommendation by RSJ Computing of the content of them. RSJ Computing is not
responsible for the content of any of the External Sites and makes no
representation nor warranty regarding the availability, content or materials of

Contents of site
RSJ Computing takes all reasonable care to ensure that the
information uploaded on the Site is accurate, current and complies with
relevant UK legislation but cannot accept liability for errors or omissions or
lack of availability of the web site. We reserve the right to change the
content, presentation, performance, facilities and availability of all or part
of the site without prior notice.
Software
RSJ Computing assumes no responsibility and shall not be
liable for any damage to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or
other property as a result of you downloading software. If you are in any doubt
about the suitability of software for your computer you are advised to take

General
It is hereby agreed and declared:

terms and conditions will apply (1) to businesses authorised under the
Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 or businesses permitted to
conduct investment business by a designated professional body and (2)
Market Makers. The Terms will apply in conjunction with the additional
terms and conditions;
Jurisdiction
The Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance
with the Laws of England and Wales.
